I will be your personal coach for 8 months. You can call on my expertise for any topic that is relevant to you, such as:

How does it work?

You will be intensively guided, supported and challenged for a period of 8 months.

You will receive 10 individual coaching sessions of 1.5 hours each.

These sessions can be face-to-face or online, whichever you prefer.

You also get invited to 4 workshops.

I am available online for questions and support throughout the entire process.

A second coach will help you work on your self-care and resilience.

How does it work?

You decide whether you want to be coached individually or in a group. The process for both is the same:

Before the programme:

During the programme:

During the coaching sessions, you get the time and space to unravel the chaos of daily life. I listen, challenge you and support you. I might offer suggestions here and there. It is up to you whether you want to act upon them.

After the programme:

I remain available for further support, even afterwards. Graduates of the group programme receive a membership and are invited to a reunion.
