My definition of coaching:

Coaching is a form of guidance. A coach tempts people to break out of their comfort zone, challenges them and supports them during their learning process, always keeping in mind the goal: to contribute to the employee as well as to the organisation.

During an assignment, I draw on an extensive tool box with many methodologies.

Through the entire coaching programme, I use coaching techniques as an International Certified Coach (PCC at ICF) and consciously complement them with knowledge and experience from the domain of system thinking (Master in Systemic Coaching and Facilitation).
