"The organisation recently became part of an international group, which means a change in the management team was needed. Secondly, we had to install new standards, in alignment with the corporate policies.
In cooperation with Dirk, we succeeded in bringing the right people together and we built a new MT based on competences available withing the organisation. Some roles have been redesigned, others have been created as new within the MT.
I invited Dirk setting up a team building session in order to improve cooperation between members of the new MT. As a result of it, it was an eye opener for many of us and I can see in day to day business that the MT is acting more and more as a "team". Therefore we decided to renew the outdoor session in the future;
