Coaching of groups
We coach groups in such a way that the individual experiences a learning process and at the same time the group coherency increases. Team development and personal growth are combined. Together with the participants we create a communal goal, from the inside. The goal is adjusted to the organizational environment.
Awareness, empowerment and getting people into action from within and their communal goal, have many uses and themes:

Individual coaching
Coaching is a kind of goal-oriented process management, in which attention to self-controlling capacity and enthusiasm are the driving forces of success.
Coaching starts with an explicit engagement from the client, coach and coachee, to reach presupposed goals more efficiently, based on the belief in the own abilities of the coachee.
We see the need for coaching wherever change and learning processes arise. Within individual coaching we differ between business coaching and executive coaching, depending on the working field. The difference between both is often a gray zone.

The experienced coaches of Navigo Assistance are certified according the competencies as prescribed by I.C.F. (International Coaching Federation).
