Dirk Versées    

From his operational experience within logistics and the chemical industry, in the fields of quality care, sales and marketing, Dirk gained a thorough insight in organizational processes, which he builds upon in coaching- and training courses. After several years of experience in the HR field, he founded Navigo Assistance bvba in 2006.

As professional coach and trainer he believes in the growth potential of every individual. He succeeds in helping people and teams perform from a personal mission and helps in adjusting this mission to the organizational goals.

He takes into account the changing environments, analyses the context and supplies structure or advises accordingly, if desired. Together with the employees, he specifies and describes the underlying dynamics that may be defining for present and future achievements of individuals and teams.

When working on an assignment, he integrates coaching, systematic thinking and analysis. The approach is pragmatic and foremost interactive. Humour and creative play make his interventions attractive. Feedback is given within a broader scope.

Dirk Versées is Master in Applied Economics (KUL) and in Commercial and Consulary  Science (EHSAL), supplemented with a Masters in Personnel Management (UAMS). He is Master in Management Training (Italy), Certified Coach PCC (Professional Certified Coach at I.C.F.) and Organization-Drafter (Johannes Schmidt, KUL). He has an MBTI and SHL Assessment Certificate.
